Chris Cassar

Chris joined SCT in 2013 and works as part of the design and drafting team. Chris’s experience comes from an industrial and graphic design background, specialising in product design for traditional and additive manufacturing. Chris’s expertise with CAD modelling and 3D printing is used as an essential tool for the development of new instrumentation or for the relentless improvements required for existing instrumentation systems.

Since joining SCT Chris has been involved in the drafting team responsible for the development of SCT’s new 2 way Rock-IT system, as well as drilling apparatus used in both Australia and overseas. Chris also utilises his graphic skills as a report designer, assisting with the design of figures and illustrations for SCT’s technical reports.
