Francine plays an integral role in implementing business strategies, seeking opportunities for the business and helping others to achieve their potential. 

Having joined SCT in 2019 with a background in project and business management, including ten years in business, she brings an efficient and organised approach to this multi-faceted role.

Francine is particularly focussed on continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to do better and be better. She is an early adopter of technology, experienced speaker and avid learner. The workplace culture and vision at SCT inspire Francine to lead with purpose and enthusiasm.
